We aim to teach safe, functional movement through a range of different activities including games, obstacle courses and gymnastics, to name a few. This type of training helps to develop a broad range of fitness components such as endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination – disguised as fun! These skills carry over to other sports; both team and individual.
As well as developing important physical skills, we also teach our Contessa Kids and Teens about confidence, self love and the development of a positive mindset through our classes, which gives them the tools they need to conquer any obstacle they may encounter at school or in life.

From the age of 4 herself, Hannah has participated in a wide range of sports shaping her into a Coach that wants to help kids understand the impacts of being challenged in a positive environment. Hannah’s background in sport has not only given her an understanding of a healthy lifestyle, it now motivates her to help kids of all ages and abilities experience the same. Hannah wants to help your child see what they are truly capable of, all through safe, functional and fun movement and watch their confidence grow
Becky started CrossFit and has been a part of the Contessa community since 2016. She grew up being involved in sport through school, her county sport team and dancing. Becky was a primary school teacher in UK for 2 years and since moving to Australia in 2014 has been working in early childhood education. Becky loves CrossFit because she loves the idea that you're never done. There is always something to learn, to grow from or be better at. This is something she hopes to pass on through CrossFit Kids. As well as the idea that taking care of your health and keeping fit can be fun!
